- Watching 31C3 about SS7, learned that my cell phone cannot be made secure.
- Ordered a VOIP line to replace phone connection.
- February
- Ended my cell phone subscription.
- Recycled my cell phone.
- March
- Organised, with FSFE-Fellows, a privacy workshop for PhD-students of the Erasmus School of History, Culture and Communication, Erasmus University Rotterdam.

- Got a Trisquel Thinkpad T60p by Kevin Keijzer in Ridderkerk.

- October
- FSF30 Satellite Party in Berlin. Quality cake there!
- November
- OpenRheinRuhr in Oberhausen. Helped in the FSFE booth. Attended talk about time and self management by Dirk Deimeke and an OpenPGP Keysigning-Party.
- T-Dose in Eindhoven. Helped in the FSFE booth. Attended keynote by Maurice Verheesen, talk by Kevin Keijzer and the yearly FSFE Fellowship Netherlands meeting.

- Ridderkerk. Got a Trisquel Thinkpad T500.
