Free Software and a pension fund

The pension fund I’m with requires proprietary flash software on it’s website. Members face the choice: install flash or be uninformed.

In the Netherlands a lot of people are mandatory a member of a pension fund. You don’t have the freedom to choose which one.

My pension fund has on it’s website a module with my personal information. I need proprietary flash-software to use it.

I’ve filled in a reaction form to the pension fund (to e-mail is not possible) and said that if you do not have proprietary flash-software installed you cannot see anything after you log in. Months later, there still is no reaction from the pension fund.

“That’s why in 2014, we will make our website even better” – Pension fund in it’s yearly leaflet, as translated by me

Am I the only one who is going through this experience?
